Today I spoke on the phone for my mother-in-law with a woman who hid behind data protection in every answer. I just wanted to know general things that work differently here than at my Barmer. What is being asked here is that an almost 78-year-old woman has to walk for further treatment after knee surgery if she cannot afford a taxi for a 60-minute journey. Despite a signed transport note! With such an unqualified answer, given in the absence of empathy and empathy, I almost have to advise my mother-in-law to change insurer!
